Hello everyone, I am cooking Mufete one of Angola best knowing dishes.
I have cooked this Mufete using my interpretation of the way my granny used to cook this dish many years ago. I have done few changes to adapt to the way I like to season & marinate my fish ( as in Angola my granny just used salt and nothing else) and also for the onion salsa I have added extra ingredients (as in Angola my granny used just white onion, water, salt, vinegar and a bit of oil) and she usually grilled the fish on the charcoal as it gives a better taste to the fish elevating the mufete to the next level.
